FAQs IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the new regulations set by Royal Mail, we are no longer permitted to ship Nail Varnish via Royal Mail to our Selected EU Countries and Ireland. Those customers will no longer be able to purchase Nail Varnish from the NYX UK website. Any Nail Varnish purchased will be denied and refunded immediately.
Please note that Northern Ireland customers will only be able to purchase a maximum of 4 Nail Varnishes per order.
I am having trouble placing my order
We accept two types of payment; via PAYPAL or PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECK OUT and our Realex Secure ePayments merchant system.
Paypal: To pay via PAYPAL you require a PAYPAL account. Please ensure you are entering your correct email and password into PAYPAL.
Realex: Realex (Part of HSBC) are our e-commerce partner accepts the following cards; Visa Mastercard Visa Debit Visa Electron Maestro
When paying via Realex (HSBC) please check the following;
That we accept the card you are trying to purchase with That there are no spaces in the card number That you have entered the correct expiry date That you have entered the 3 digit security code correctly Try another card If you are still experiencing problems with placing your order please contact us where we will be able to place your order manually over the phone.
When will I receive my order?
UK orders: UK orders are sent via Interlink Express delivery which has a delivery time of 1-2 working days.
Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highland and Island orders: Orders to these destinations are sent via Royal Mail and can take up to 7 working days from date of purchase.
IRE orders: IRE orders are sent via Interlink on their Two Day Offshore service which has a delivery time of 2 working days.
PT orders: PT orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for which has a delivery time of up to 7 working days.
What happens if I haven't received my order?
UK orders: If you haven't received your UK order within the 2 day delivery frame this is usually one of the below reasons;
Incorrect delivery address entered when placing an order: Please verify on your order confirmation email that you have entered the correct information.
Interlink courier unable to deliver: this is usually if somebody is not at home or if they cannot access your property. If this is the case then they will leave an 'attempted delivery' card with a phone number for you to arrange a redelivery or a collection from your local depot.
Please ensure you enter a mobile telephone number at the checkout so that the Interlink courier can contact you if there are any issues with delivering your order.
Please be advised that Interlink will attempt three deliveries before returning the package back to us. Please see our TERMS & CONDITIONS for failed delivery charges.

I have received a damaged item
If you have received a damaged item, please send us an email customer-services@nyxcosmetics.co.uk with your name, order number, damaged item(s) as well as a photo of the damaged item(s) ad we will endeavour to send you a replacement item.
There is an error in my order
If you have received an incorrect item please return it with a copy of your invoice and state the item that is missing. If you are missing an item please email customer-services@nyxcosmetics.co.uk with your order number and the state the missing item and we will send you the missing item. If you have bought the wrong colour we can only accept returns that have not been opened, tested or swatched due to our health and hygene policy. Please note that our web swatches are as close to the product as we can make them, different web browsers and screen monitors can effect the colours of the swatches.
I am allergic to certain Ingredients
Please refer to product packaging for complete list of ingredients.
I want to return an item(s)
If you would like to return an item please post it back to us with a copy of your invoice and whether you would like a refund of the product or a replacement product. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund, replacement or exchange will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days on receipt of your order for a full refund
Please be advised that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale items. All sale items are final.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account/paypal account.

Except in circumstances where allergic reaction may have occurred, products may be returned in 7 working days of purchase, along with a doctor's note for full refund or exchange. Outside of this time frame and good will gesture will be provided (excluding delivery costs).
I cannot apply a discount voucher
If you are experiencing problems when trying to apply a voucher code box on the Basket Page please contact us before placing your order as we cannot apply voucher codes after an order has been placed.
Can I change my order details?
You can change your order details as long as the order has not been processed. This may change delivery times depending on whether the item is in stock. Please contact us to check the status of your order.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK, Ireland and Portugal Only

Why are certain products available on the NYX US website but not NYX UK website?
This is due to pending EC Licences under the new EC Licences on Cosmetics.
