| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling UK Delivery Costs - £4.50 (UK Orders over £50.00 are shipped free. Excluding equipment purchases as these will required extra postage costs) Ireland Delivery Costs - £10.00 via Royal Mail on orders up to £200 only - Orders will be posted within 7 working days from date of purchase. Portugal Delivery Costs - £12.50 via Royal Mail 'EU Signed For' on orders up to £100 only - Orders will be posted within 7 working days from date of purchase. Items are shipped with INTERLINK Express. Every effort is made for your package to be delivered next working day, however delivery times are not guaranteed. Customers who provide their mobile phone number at the time of order will receive a text message from INTERLINK Express notifying you of a 1 hour delivery window for when your parcel will arrive. FAILED DELIVERY INTERLINK Express will attempt 3 deliveries to your address. Day 1 you will receive a calling card from the driver. If you are also unavailable the next working day you must contact INTERLINK Express using the details on the card and agree an alternative delivery date. If you would like your goods sent to another address you must contact Customer Services and we will try to arrange a redirection for you. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us if they are unable to receive their parcel or request it be redirected, we will recharge any redirection costs to the customer. If the parcel is still unable to be delivered it will be returned to NYX Cosmetics. Upon return the value of your order less postage and packaging and return fees totalling £7.50 will be credited to you. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the next working day. | Delivery Schedule UK orders placed after 14:00 are dispatched then next business day via INTERLINK. We aim for customers to recieve their orders within 10 working days from date of purchase. You must inform us within two working days of receipt if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem by offering a refund or replacement. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. | Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days on receipt of your order for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email: customer-services@nyxcosmetics or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, please return it to us with your original receipt and we'll be happy to refund your purchase. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund, replacement or exchange will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
